Greater Noida: For 1270 buyers waiting for their homes in Amrapali’s group housing project, the day has arrived for which they have been waiting for years. These home buyers will soon get possession of their houses. The court receiver of Amrapali has issued a notice to these home buyers to get their documents verified for the purpose.
Work under the 9th phase has been completed
The Court Receiver of Amrapali has issued a notice stating that the work of flats being built by NBCC under the 9th phase of Amrapali projects has been completed. Under this, document verification, no objection certificate and possession letter are to be issued for about 1270 flats of Amrapali Terrace Homes and Amrapali Leisure Park projects.
Numerous flats in Amrapali Leisure Park are ready for possession
Around 1000 flats in towers B1, B2, F1, F2 and F3 of Amrapali Terrace Homes and nearly 270 flats in towers B3, B4 and B5 of Amrapali Leisure Park are ready for possession.
Document verification will start soon
Document verification for the flats of Amrapali Terrace Homes will start from January 18 up to January 25 and from February 5 to February 13. Document verification for the flats of Amrapali Leisure Park will be conducted from January 26 to 2nd February and 15 th to 20th February.
