Noida: The builder of the Jaypee Aman Society has filed a complaint against the AOA team of the society. Builder has alleged in the Police complaint that the AOA members have willfully captured the office room with wrong intentions. In return, the AOA members also filed a written complaint to the Noida Authority against the builder.

On December 23rd, after a waiting year, the AOA of Jaypee Aman Society of Sector 151 finally got its registry approval from the deputy registrar and the AOA was registered, in happiness they distributed the sweets to the whole society. As soon as it got registered, the need for a separate office came into the limelight. Because till date, for any solution to problems, doubts, and queries, the residents reached the residence of AOA teams.
One room in the temporary maintenance office turned into an AOA office
There was a vacant space, where the land was allotted to build a park in the future. The builder had constructed a temporary maintenance office in that designated area for the park. There is anger among residents that the park was never formed, but the temporary office was there. So the residents were angry but they never opposed that soon or someday it will be removed and the park will be constructed.
‘They never responded‘
Yogesh Singh, President of Jaypee Aman says, “When we kept seeking the place where we can come up with our office to solve the public grievances, they never responded. And when we kept files in one room, saying to them that we would use it now, they came the very same day to remove us from there?”
Yogesh continues, “They not only tried to scare us with the Police complaint, but they also broke the lock of the office door and removed the affixed paper on which Aoa office was written. Is this justice?”
When he did not construct the park, no action and when we used the space, he reached the police. Who is wrong here?
‘We made utility of the place which was useless’
The AOA informs Apartment Times – In the main office, a small room was lying vacant. Which was not in use, rarely once or twice a month that room was used. We contacted Prof Daljeet to let us know where can we set up our office. Finding no help and not getting any response, we set up this room as our office. So we wrote AOA office and affixed it outside that room. As we kept a few important documents here, putting a lock was compulsory.
Builder took the matter to the Police
Even after constant requests to give them a place for an office and then not getting any response. After waiting for 4 days, when they finally put an office, suddenly Yogesh received a copy of the complaint.
Yogesh, President of Jaypee Aman says, “By the evening, we received a notice in which the builder had given a complaint to the police and wrote that we had captured this place illegally. The place was lying useless, this was a temporary office, What is our crime? It is our space, our society we have right equally to use our property, if a builder can enchroch the park designated area, we have done nothing wrong.”
The AOA alleges that Why the builder gets annoyed if the AOA is sitting there. It is sure, he is afraid of getting exposed.
Builder gave the application to the SHO of Knowledge Park
Yogesh, President AOA says, ” When we shifted there, we put a lock on the door, but before that, we asked the builder and the maintenance team to take anything from here if it belongs to them. Surprisingly no one came that time, but when we put a lock, they at once came and broke the lock.”
After all this, the Police came at night and met both the parties. The issue is not yet solved.
The AOA has filed a written complaint in the Noida Authority on Jan 05th, 2023. The action is yet awaited. We will update soon.
