Noida: The residents of Paras Seasons are forced to march a protest as they are dissatisfied with the builder’s negligence. They allege that there is a breach of trust and continuous financial exploitation of the residents.

Uttam Rana , resident of Paras Seasons, sector 168 informs that there is a poor maintenance services by the promoter of Paras Seasons and the increased maintenance charges are unjustified. The residents of this society are facing huge financial difficulties on recently increased Common Area Maintenance Charges ( CAM ) and electricity charges (CAE), without even any prior consent of our AOA and residents.
There has been an increase of the maintenance charges of around 26% and no consent has been taken from a single resident and there was no prior information. Even the AOA was unaware of this.
The Builder also introduced a new expense by the name of Common Area Electricity (CAE) at 0.22 per/ sqft which is already included in CAM, hence causing duplicity of this charge and excessive burden on the resident’s pocket.

Sajal Singh, a Resident of Paras Season acclaims that their sinking fund has also been clubbed with CAM and 18% GST is being charged on the sinking fund now, which is purely illegal.
Sachin Sharma, a resident of Paras Seasons says, “It clearly shows a total lack of transparency and monopoly/dictatorship from Paras. So much so that the Builder hasn’t even shared the prior year audit reports (balance sheet or energy audit report)from last 7 years.”

Uttam Rana, a Resident of Paras Seasons says, “Despite earning so much revenue to the tune of 4 Crores annually, the builder is neither fixing the seepage, no facade repair & the paint etc. Also, due to land dues not paid to Noida Authority, more than 350 flats are not registered yet.”

Gaurav Panwar and Seema Singh have requested the Noida Authority to take the necessary actions against the builder.
