Members of RG Residency AOA, residents and aggrieved homebuyers are continuously raising their demands and are questioning the government is this justice to shake hands with builders and the wrongdoers?
It’s been the 3rd week in a row, that the residents of RG Residency Sector 120, are protesting under the scorching sun. Homebuyers acclaim that we are demanding more than 500 pending registries, 7.5 crore IBMS, and the pending facilities with the builder.
Pradeep Jaiswal, AOA President, RG Residency says, “We have no other option left apart from protests as this is the only medium left to highlight the pending cases related to the registry and builder’s project which have been pending for years with the connivance of Noida Authority.”
Ashok Bindlis, AOA Secretary says, ” Everyone was unanimous on the fact that along with fighting a legal battle against the builder, we all will have to unite and convey our views to the government and administration through big movements.”
Mukesh Sharma, AOA Vice President exposed the builder’s failures and frauds in front of new buyers of new towers and asked them to be alert.
2015 has been the start of the problems
Residents alleges that 500 residents are still waiting for the registry. Even after making 100 % payment, the stamp duty is with the builder. They are living in their flat but without a registry. Fighting from 7 years.
The project is incomplete, No recreational facilities
Homebuyers showed huge anger to the builder and alleged that at the time of selling, he promised so many facilities but here there is no gym, no club, no swimming pool, even no wtp and no STP.
Pending dues to the authority of 155 crores
Residents of RG Residency say, “When we talk to the officials of the Noida Authority, they say we will recover from the builder only after that registry is done. Now the question is what is the fault of us homebuyers? If we plead authority, they ask us to help in getting the amount recovered from the builder. We homebuyers are not able to catch the builder and then this mission is given by the authority is this a game? The registrar’s office is closed, emails are going unanswered, and the letter returns.”
Insufficient DG sets
Residents acclaim that, “At the time of purchase, it was said that there would be 4 DG sets. But the present situation is that there are 2 DG sets which are of society and the other 2 DG Sets are rented.”
‘ No entry to the neta log! ‘
To stop the entry of the politicians, big banners are there on the gate. This peaceful movement against the dictatorial attitude of builders and authorities will end when their demands are fulfilled. Even after the default of Rs 155 crore, the FAR permission of the new towers is a living example of the collusion of the authority MRG Builder.”
Residents say, “We will not let the new tower get complete. Noida Authority, UP Government and builders all three are working together. The government is not helping us but helping the builder to make other towers in the society.”
Many residents came together and shared their pain
The presence of a large number of residents including women and children in the protest rally shows that the patience of the residents who are victims of this conspiracy is now coming to an end. Senior citizens also became participants in the protest to make it successful. AOA board members Shailendra Yadav, Shiv Awasthi, Rajni Aggarwal, and Avinash Arun were mainly present.
