Greater Noida: The arbitrariness of builders shows no signs of stopping. A new case of arbitrariness and bullying has emerged involving Kaveri Builder. In a display of defiance, the builder demolished the sector wall near his project being developed in Delta 1 sector. This wall belongs to the Greater Noida Authority. Residents claim that the builder intends to create a passage by breaking the wall. People have lodged complaints against the builder with the CEO of Greater Noida Authority, the legislator, and the police.

When sector residents protested, the builder called bouncers from outside to threaten them.
