Tata Group to give jobs to 4,000 women from U’khand at TN, Karnataka plants | Company News

At its facilities in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, the Tata Group will employ 4,000 women from Uttarakhand.

According to a Monday press release, the state planning agency received a letter to that effect from the company’s chief human resource officer, Ranjan Bandopadhyay.

It stated that the hiring process will start shortly.

According to the statement, Tata Electronics Pvt Ltd would use the NPS and NATS programs to hire 4,000 female candidates from Uttarakhand for positions at its plants in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and Kolar, Karnataka.

NPS programs are open to anyone who have passed their class 10 or class 12 exams; however, in order to apply for NATS, you must also have your ITI diploma, according to the statement.

They will be appointed as shop floor technicians upon selection.

It stated that in addition to a set pay, they would also receive lodging, food, transportation, and other amenities.
