Supertech Eco Village-1 CAM charge cut triggers row over proposed 50% service reduction

The CAM dispute at Greater Noida West’s Supertech Eco Village-1 has intensified after the maintenance agency proposed reducing charges to ₹2 per square foot plus GST while cutting manpower across security, housekeeping, horticulture, MEP and management. AOA elections, voting rights under Court lens: Allahabad HC seeks clarity in UP rules

The Allahabad High Court’s August 12 order has raised important questions over AOA elections, voting rights, Board tenure and the powers of Registrars in Uttar Pradesh. In the Eldeco Aamantran case, the Court kept the April 20 order approving a new Board in abeyance and allowed the earlier Board to continue for now, while seeking wider clarity on apartment association governance.
