The Noida HighRise Federation (NHRF) has announced a city-wide initiative to address the long-pending issue of flat registries across Noida's high-rise societies. The Federation will collect society-wise data on pending registries and submit a consolidated representation to the Uttar Pradesh Government, Chief Minister's Office, Noida Authority and other concerned authorities.

Residents of Noida’s Sector 51 have raised concerns over a sharp increase in mosquito activity and reported cases of fever and dengue in the area. In a letter dated August 19, the RWA has urged the Noida Authority to immediately conduct fogging and anti-larval spraying across parks, drains, waterlogging-prone areas and other potential mosquito breeding sites.

A delegation of the Noida HighRise Federation (NHRF) met Gautam Buddh Nagar District Magistrate Medha Rupam and raised concerns over the functioning of the Deputy Registrar (DR) office dealing with Apartment Owners Associations. The Federation sought restructuring of the office, additional staff, a dedicated AOA cell for Gautam Buddh Nagar and a comprehensive review of the UP Apartment Act, 2010.

The RWA Sector 51 General Body Meeting was held at C7 Sector 51 Barात Ghar on August 9, 2026, where residents discussed key civic and infrastructure issues affecting the sector. The RWA also honoured resident Sambhav Jain and his mother for his voluntary efforts to rescue snakes from homes and neighbourhood areas. Residents raised concerns over waterlogging, sewer overflow and alleged unauthorised commercial activities in residential plots.

Villagers from Rohillapur and nearby areas honoured Noida MLA Pankaj Singh for his intervention in issues concerning farmers. A joint committee formed by the Noida Authority is expected to examine records related to the disputed 5% plots, while villagers also hope for progress on pending leaseback cases.
