The situation is that the land on which flats were to be built, out of which 16.2512 hectares of land of 15 Khasra numbers was returned to the district administration on 24 December 2014. The authority had made an action plan to build a sports city

In this, three sectors, namely Sector-78, 79 and 101, were reserved for the Sports City. Janadu Estate Private Limited (Consortium) was given 7,27,500 square meters of land. Possession of 7,03,001.80 square meters of land was also given. For the rest of the land, the builder was told that as soon as the rest of the land becomes available, possession will be given as per the brochure conditions. The land area can increase or decrease. On 20 February 2014, a lease agreement was signed in favour of the authority for 30 years for 28.9300 hectares of state government land located in Soharkha, Zahidabad.
