Greater Noida West: Shopkeepers at U:FAIRIA Mall near Ek Murti Chowk staged a protest against the builder, alleging irregularities and arbitrary practices in mall management. Traders claimed they have been facing issues for a long time and despite repeated protests and complaints, no concrete action has been taken so far.

According to the shopkeepers, several unresolved issues are affecting businesses inside the mall. Traders demanded transparency in maintenance charges and urged the builder to reduce the allegedly inflated electricity rates being charged to shop owners. They also raised objections over alleged illegal recovery in the name of NOC approvals.
Apart from financial concerns, traders highlighted basic infrastructure-related problems within the premises. Shopkeepers demanded immediate resolution of water connection issues along with improvements in cleanliness, security and other essential facilities inside the mall.
The protesting traders said business operations are being impacted due to the ongoing problems and lack of response from the builder’s side. They warned that if their demands are not fulfilled soon, the agitation will be intensified in the coming days.
The protest at the mall once again highlights the growing concerns of commercial property owners and traders in Greater Noida West over maintenance practices, operational transparency and basic civic amenities in commercial complexes.
