Greater Noida West: In a fresh escalation of residents’ grievances, homebuyers of Radha Sky Garden, GH-05, Sector 16B, have formally submitted a written complaint to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Central Noida, flagging what they describe as “serious and persistent security lapses” within the society premises.
The memorandum, signed by multiple residents, highlights systemic failures in access control, visitor verification, fire preparedness and surveillance mechanisms. The complaint states that the current security arrangements are “extremely concerning, unstructured and ineffective,” creating an atmosphere of fear and insecurity among families.
Key allegations raised in the complaint
As per the memorandum submitted to the police, residents highlighted the following key security concerns:
- Lack of proper visitor verification at Entry Gates 1, 2 and 3
- Ineffective tower-level security checks and the absence of strict access control
- Replacement of the earlier MyGate system with a NoBroker platform without ensuring effective monitoring
- Malfunctioning or improperly implemented Park Plus vehicle entry system
- Discontinuation of the structured vehicle sticker policy leading to unidentified vehicles entering the premises
- Absence of systematic police verification of tenants and domestic staff
- Unregulated parking under the garb of the “one tower one vehicle” policy
- Inadequate monitoring of CCTV cameras in sensitive and isolated areas
- No senior security official is deployed during night shifts to handle emergencies
The letter also mentions a recent incident within the society. While residents have refrained from detailing the episode as it is under police investigation, they state that the occurrence has heightened anxiety and exposed vulnerabilities in the internal security framework.

Residents demand immediate intervention
In their appeal, residents have urged the ACP to:
- Conduct an immediate inspection of the society’s security arrangements
- Issue necessary directives to strengthen gate-level and tower-level checks
- Reinstate an effective vehicle identification sticker system
- Ensure mandatory police verification of tenants and staff
- Guarantee functional CCTV coverage with active monitoring
- Deploy a responsible senior security supervisor during night hours
- Increase police patrolling in and around the society
The memorandum emphasises that hundreds of families reside in the complex, and any lapse in security could have serious consequences.
