Noida: A blanket distribution drive was organized today at Children’s Park, Sector 51, Noida, in memory of Late Sunder Lal on his death anniversary. The initiative was led by Rajiv Kumar, Advisor, DDRWA and Sanjeev Kumar, General Secretary, RWA Sector 51 and Vice President, DDRWA.
Under this humanitarian initiative, blankets were distributed to underprivileged sections of the society, including domestic helpers, gardeners working in the sector’s parks, security personnel and sanitation workers, to help them cope with the harsh winter conditions.
The programme was attended by N. P. Singh, President, DDRWA; Sanjeev Kumar, along with his family members; representatives from RWA Sector 51; and other dignitaries, including Ashok Khari. The organizers stated that the initiative was a humble tribute to the memory of Late Sunder Lal and reflected the family’s commitment to social service and community welfare.
