Noida: Residents of Sai Apartment in Sector-71, Noida have alleged that the registrar is deliberately conspiring to postpone the society elections through his notice. Despite the unregistered bylaws and renewal pending since 2021, the registrar has recently sent a notice to postpone the election, while on December 23, 2023, the illegally established RWA gave a letter for the election.

Residents say that this RWA, which is functioning illegally, has neither any accounts, papers, audit reports, meetings, nor election-related information present in the registrar’s office. Despite this, on what basis is the registrar sending notices to postpone the election?
Citizens held a 22-member meeting against the registrar and passed a censure motion. The meeting was attended by members like Brijesh Gurjar, Pushpendra Malik, Deepak Sharma, Abhay Bhadoria, Jai Prakash Chauhan, P.K. Sharma, Kiranpal Chauhan, Mukesh Sharma, Yogesh Rathore, Pradeep Garg, and Kunwar Pal Chauhan.
They allege that by postponing the elections, the registrar is trying to protect the illegal RWA so that this system can continue for another 4-6 months and citizens can be fooled.
The citizens demand that the registrar should hold elections immediately and end the illegal systems.
