Noida: There is a tussle going on in the RWA of Udyog Vihar, Sector 82, Noida. The RWA is dealing with so many problems and the Secretary has exposed the President of RWA82, which the RWA President Sushil Kumar has denied all the accusations.
The letter was issued exposing the RWA President, Know what is written in it
As per letter number 1-45351-M Ghaziabad dated 8/11/2024 of Deputy Registrar Firms, Societies and Chits, based on the letter sent to the Deputy Registrar by the society residents of Udyog Vihar LIG Flat Sector 82 Noida. President Sushil Sharma, General Secretary KK Raina and Treasurer Atul Yadav RWA Udyog Vihar were accused of fraud in funds, financial irregularities and misuse of RWA funds for personal use.
Under conspiracy and unconstitutional act of making public publication of fake expulsion of RWA Vice President Mayank Chauhan and Secretary B.N. Pandey elected by the public. Due to the non-renewal of the RWA organization on time and non-response to the show cause notice for not conducting the election within the legally valid time limit till 16 October 2024, the Deputy Registrar Ghaziabad has declared the RWA executive as time-barred on 30 November 2024, exercising the privilege of Section 25 (2) of the Election Societies Registration Act 1860.
An election officer has also been appointed under Section 25 (2) of the said Act. As per the provisions provided in the bylaws registered by the nominated election officer, the election of the executive of the organization will be completed within 1 month.
As per the order of the Deputy Registrar, all expenditures other than daily expenditure have been banned with immediate effect till the completion of the election.

“The deputy registrar has written in the letter. All the financial arrangements they have made are deposited in writing with the deputy registrar. Based on this, SUshil and atul have been declared time-barred. The tenure ended on 17 October. Sushil Kumar threatened to remove the vice president and secretary from rwa team and has not given the account information to the team members from past two and a half years. the deputy registrar appointed an investigation officer. ALSO,The renewal of the RWA HAS NOT BEEN DONE.”

On this, Apartment Times contacted Sushil Kumar, President, Udyog Vihar, Sector 82. He denied all the allegations and termed them as false allegations

“We have the balance sheet. mAYANK CHAUHAN AND BN pANDEY wERE removed from the team because THEY was against the team. The rest of the team knows everything. It is all fabricated. There is no concrete proof. All these are false allegations. We have given all the proof to the Deputy Registrar and the matter is still under discussion.”
When the matter started getting discussed on WhatsApp, the President released his statement
“I respect the above letter but at the same time, I also make it clear that some difficult questions will also be asked from the Deputy Registrar. As per his knowledge, is BN Pandey (Secretary) a resident of Udyog Vihar Society as per the bylaws of the society? Is the Deputy Registrar free to take any decision on the say of any person without any investigation or information?
“BN Pandey (Secretary) and Mayank Chauhan (Vice President) were expelled from RWA by the bylaws, AGM and Executive of the society for acting against the executive about 2 years ago, which is recorded and was also sent to the Deputy Registrar’s office at the same time.”
Is the Deputy Registrar free to take any action bypassing the decision of the AGM/GBM? The reason for all the above allegations is that the copy of the reply given by us was not attached to the file of the society, which we received again, but unfortunately, still, the Registrar has sent his one-sided decision.”
