Greater Noida: Registration of flats of 77 flat buyers took place in two societies of Greater Noida in the presence of Leena Johri, Principal Secretary of the Stamp and Registration Department. As soon as the registrations were done, the faces of the flat buyers lit up with joy. These registrations were done by setting up camps in Migration Ultimo Omicron-3 and Eros Sampoornam. Revenue of 2.5 crores has been received by registering 77 flat buyers in two societies.
Shashi Bhanu Mishra, Assistant Inspector General Registration says, “To make it easy for flat buyers to get the facility of registration of flats, today under the leadership of District Magistrate Manish Kumar Verma, registration of flats of flat buyers was done by setting up camps by Sub Registrar Sadar in Migration Ultimo Omicron-3 Greater Noida and Sub Registrar Dadri in Eros Sampoornam Society Sector 2 Greater Noida West.”
A total of 30 registrations took place in the camp of Migtion Ultimo Omicron-3 Greater Noida
With these registrations revenue of Rs 81 lakh was received. Similarly, 47 registrations took place in Eros Sampoornam Sector-2 Greater Noida West. In this, revenue of Rs 1.24 crore was received.
The registry camps set up at two places in the district were inspected by Principal Secretary of Stamp and Registration Department Leena Johri. Also, the Principal Secretary handed over the registries of their flats to the flat buyers on this occasion. The faces of the buyers blossomed as soon as they received the registry of the flats.
On this occasion, Deputy Inspector General Registration, Gautam Budh Nagar Arun Kumar Mishra, Assistant Inspector General Registration, Greater Noida, Shashi Bhanu Mishra, Assistant Inspector General Registration, BS Verma and others were present.
