Greater Noida West: Deputy Registrar (Firms, Societies and Chits Ghaziabad) has cancelled the White Orchid Apartment Owners Association (AOA) in Gaur City-2, Greater Noida with immediate effect. It is alleged that the said AOA was formed illegally. No elections were conducted by the self-proclaimed AOA. Based on the complaint and the evidence sent, the Deputy Registrar has cancelled the AOA with immediate effect. After the cancellation of the recognition of the AOA, there is an atmosphere of happiness among the residents of the society.

Allegation of White Orchid Society
It is alleged against the White Orchid Society AOA that the officials of this Apartment Owners Association have embezzled the entire maintenance money within the last 10 months and no account of it is being given. Apart from this, maintenance money is being used in many such works that society does not find necessary. Such as removing the old common area tiles and replacing them with the old tiles left by the builder demolishing the old swimming pool and rebuilding it, etc.
In this regard, Dinesh Saxena and others had submitted a jointly signed letter to the Deputy Registrar’s Office, alleging that the AOA headed by Sudhir Kumar Goyal was disobeying all orders and the election process was not initiated nor was a GBM called. Greater Noida
