Ratlam-based Kataria industries to float Rs 54.5 cr IPO on July 16 | Company News

Kataria Industries, a firm situated in Ratlam, announced on Sunday that it has set the price range for its Rs 54.58-cr IPO at Rs 91 to Rs 96 per share.

The company released a statement announcing that the initial public offering (IPO) would be open for public subscription from July 16–19 and that anchor investor bidding would begin on July 15.

5.685 million new shares are being issued in full for the IPO. It further stated that the company’s shares are scheduled to go live on the NSE SME platform Emerge on July 24.

Thirty-five percent of the net issuance is allocated to retail investors, fifteen percent to non-institutional investors, and fifty percent is for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs).

The net proceeds of the offer will be used by the company for general corporate purposes, debt repayment, and capital expenditures for plant and machinery.

In the highest pricing range, the business is expected to receive up to Rs 54.58 cr. Investors may also place bids for up to 1,200 shares, or multiples of that number.

Established in 2004, Kataria Industries Ltd possesses two production facilities located in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh.

Low Relaxation Pre-stressed Concrete (LRPC) Strands and Steel Wires, Post-tensioning (PT) Anchorage System (Anchor Cone, Anchor Head, and Wedges) are products of Kataria Industries.

In 2023–24, the company’s revenue was Rs 339.13 cr, while its EBIDTA was Rs 22.93 cr.
