Later, same Preity Gupta, alleged on an advocate Ashutosh Shrivastava of Greater Noida West that he haress her and in return she attacked him in Durga Pooja. She attacked an advocate but tried to show herself as a victim. Now, Preity Gupta is back ! And this time, the story is same. Again due to her, a couple who rented out their flat to her, are suffering and are pleading her to vacate the flat. But everything going unheard. On Janaury 21, 2025, We got a whatsapp message from Preity Gupta stating that my flat’s electrictiy has been disconnected. The first thing we replied was did you paid the maintenance? What she said further, you will know soon, but the present scenario is that she is trying to be the mafia of Greater Noida West, will this be possible or her dreams will shatter, that time will let us know!

Apartment Times received the call and whatsapp video stating that I broke the glass gate. Later, again a call was received from Preity, I broke another one too. We asked her why you broke the gate. She says these society residents were engaged with the police and were getting my case closed.
I broke the gate because they called me with abusive words. No one cares about my pains. I have been suffering because I am a victim of a repeated crime. 8- 10 complaints I have filed, but no one has ever done anything, no action no justice, only crime with me.

We enquired Rajesh Rohtagi that what are your problems and why are you asking Preity Gupta to vacant the flat. This girl is abusive and violent. What she says and she do and in end she accuses others for harming her. We contacted Avinash Singh, Maintenance Head, Nirala Estate on January 23, 2025 and this is the input we got. Which is not only shocking but also puts a big question on many things.
The Maintenance head gave us the proper insight into what all happend in the society.
She is active on twitter and constantly taking my name that I am behind her. This is a common property. She plays the woman card and all-time fights for kid. keep alleging that society residents that they hurt him. Issue started with the cycle that the cycle has been stolen and no one is doing anything. There was nothing like this, and there was no culprit. No one stole his cycle. It was this, that his small kid was roaming on cycle and parked it somewhere and returned to flat. and she rumored about the cycle theft !

It was my week off my colleague Santosh, who looks phase 1, was sitting on my seat and was working. The laptop was placed there. She came and she humiliated him about the cycle of her kid. That why are you not doing this and doing that. Santosh conveyed that the cycle will be found relax we will ask security. Two days later, the cycle was found, hence its proven it was not stolen.

when the cycle was returned she started complaining that its damaged.
After her repeated complaints that the cycle is torn, damaged etc, the Estate Manager said that it seems fine to me. On this also she was infuriated and shouted will you take action or not on the residents of the society? He was doing lunch and he was also helping her by listening and responding her everything. As estate manager stood up to drink water, Preity Gupta along with his kid, stood up and broke down the laptop forcibly. She destroyed my display too. She throw the laptop on floor, later she stabbed on laptop forcible it on table and third time she banged the laptop on the walls. This were the office entities which she is continuously destroying.

Complaints starts getting lodged
Hearing the sound of all this Santosh, estate manager came running inside and asked what have you done. She abused Santosh and left away. Santosh lodged complaint against her.

Next day when I came, I got to know everything. In lobby there are glass gate of 14 inch glass doors. She broke it down at 1.30 am. When guard informed police, she abused guard too. Next day when I came, I sent maintenance and security staff to bring Preity Gupta down. She came down and I asked her what are you doing and what you want to say? She said do you know the conditions under which I broke that glass ?

While I was inquiring her just tell me do you agree you broke the glass and laptop? She did not ever let me finish my question and started saying – Hariram is behind me, Shriram is behind me, Sushil is behind me. All males are behind her. I asked why all these people are behind you can you tell me ? Have you ever looked inside you ? She said I have a special child means she started to change the topic.

As I was not interested in all her stories, I said to her- You admit that you broke it, the cost of glass is 25k. Now you have to pay this. She clearly denied that I will not pay this. So I said its my duty to inform you . Either you pay it else I will deduct from your meter. I informed all this in advance. This is was our first time interaction. She denied and went away.
We still gave her chance to behave appropriately and pay the charges, but !
Hearing the clear NO, I asked my accountant to debit 25,000. The power was still there in her flat, we just did a system entry till then rather then disconnecting the power supply. Now the estate manager Santosh also, seeing all this, as his laptop was broken, debited 30,000 which summed as 55000.

Next day, Security and maintaince personnel were sent to take 55,000 Rupee amount from her. She humiliated my staff, are not they human beings?
Seeing this, I asked accountant to cut the power supply to her flat. Either pay 55000 or live without power. She was living without power for 5 days. During this, she reached out to Media, Police, all the goons she know. We received calls from the local goons, I received many threatening calls and I accepted every call and explained everything to everyone. Next time no one called me back after knowing what we are going through due to this lady.

Avinash Singh, Maintenance Head informs Apartment Times that after these continuous scuffles, Preity Gupta reached back to maintenance office and raised concern that how the lights will get start now?
I was already in discussion with my CMD Garg sir regarding this case. He guided me to take a cheque from her. She get the recharge done of Rs 3000 against 55,000 negative balance ! and have cheque of 52,000. One cheque of 10,000 for January month and one cheque of 34,000 for Feburary month. We put it in system and her power was restored.

It happened as was expected.
When the cheques were getting bounced, I asked her the reason, she said I don’t have money. Among all this, still the power supply was on. On January 20, 2025, accountant reminded her for the payment. There was no conversation in between. At the afternoon, she directly started abusing me harassing me and using all the cheap abusive words to me. On my personal number she sent me slangs and I felt humiliated. She threatened me by saying you will suffer but I ignored everything.
‘I didnt lose my cool, so she came on family’

This thing infuriated when she started coming on my family, She said bad words for my aged mother. I am in this profession does not makes me weak, but I respect my work. That was the very first time I asked our accountant to mark reverse entry. As this was done, her power was cut ! All her lights were off. She in anger mode, came down hand to hand and said to the CRE (customer relationship executive) I will see you what you can do, and all those abusive words she said to her too, who was totally innocent and was only following the orders.

Maintenance Department girl cried badly and came downstairs sobbing uncontrollably
The innocent girl who was just following the boss orders , after getting humiliated badly by Preity Gupta, reached to the estates manager and informed about her behavior and slang. I consoled her that is our job. We still did not initiated any action against her. One can note, how many time we just let her go.

Avinash informs AT that as her power supply was disconnected, she brought the battery of her electric scooter and put it on charge in the lobby.
We still were silent, said nothing. And no one from our staff stopped her. Next day in morning, she reached to the same girl whom she abused last day, who came running downstairs and I consoled her, in the morning she again abused her and insulted her. This time limits were crosses and I instantly called 112 Police. Upset with all this, I called her landlord too. She as usual did a lot of chaos and went away. Seeing her slangs, Police also went away that day.

After the chaotic morning, same night around 1.15 am, Preity Gupta came down in the lobby, she tried to broke the glass door. She tried to break it once, it was so strong nothing happens, second time, third time and the door was broken in the 4th time. She went back to flat. Guard called Police and she abused Police too. Police went away again.

Next morning, I called police. We went to her flat with Police and she was abusing me again and again on whatspp, So I asked why are you targeting me and abusing me. She said you are cheap man. She was recording everything so that she can circulate ahead so that she can put negative obscene charges on us. We all came down. After few minutes, she came down to me and said me. just now only one gate has broken, will break more and will see what you can do.

Now the society came in action, extra security deployed
We deployed extra security staff in that tower. So she was not able to break the glass doors that day. Same way heavy security was deployed for the next day too. But as I left from office in the evening, she broke the glass door of the maintenance office on which it was written maintenance office. I left with worst feelings that I am not able to save my society’s assets. In total 4 glass doors she broke ! Earlier than this, when we were at police station she broke the door.

All this was shattering our patience, I reached to the Choki Incharge and said I will protest now do something. On this, the Bisrakh Police Rahul Choudhary came with lady constables. The lady constables went upstairs and knocked the door, they were also abused the same way. Which proves no fear of Police too. Police kept waiting in the lobby area for hours

When she came down, she came in anger. All those girls who went upstairs to call her down, she molested them, slapped them. When Police tried to do something, she slapped the lady constable and she tried to show her power to the lady Police. She snatched the hairs of lady Police. Seeing this, all the 17 ladies of security staff united together and hold her and handover to Police. During this too, when they were putting her in the police jeep,Preity Gupta, kicked in the stomach of the another Sub Inspector and later she pull her shoes out and banged Police Rahul Chaudhary’s face ! After the slap, they took her in custody and later she was inside the Police Station. This is the truth of what she is rumoring about 70 people mob lynch.

Maintenance Head accused for stealing her gold chain!
On February 2nd 2025, Maintenance head Avinash Singh, informed us that he has been accused by Preity Gupta that while so called mob lynch, he stole her gold chain. We also got the information that her landlord was coming along with Police to get the flat vacant.

Now, the owners of the flat, are forced to fight for their rights
India is a democratic country, but here, the basic rights of Rajesh Rohtagi are clinched and no one is helping them in getting their flat back. Preity Gupta is challenging everyday and it seems that the Law is unable to do the justice. Due to this, the elderly couple is now forced to protest to get the flat back.
