Nirala Estate: From stray dogs to stp to security, problems are innumerable

Greater Noida West : Residents living in Nirala Estate, Greater Noida West have expressed serious concern over the problems happening in the society. They allege that there is only cheating in the arrangements here. The structure of the society is getting weak due to water leakage in the basement. Apart from this, the STP (Civil Treatment Plant) is also closed, due to which dirty water is being openly drained on the roads.

The residents had complained to the Greater Noida Authority, but in response they were told that it is the responsibility of the builder. On Sunday, the residents of the society raised many serious issues. They say that the residents of Phase One are being discriminated against by the builder, due to which they are facing problems daily.

He also told that there are talks of promoting electric vehicles, but charging points have not been made for this in the society. Every month, Rs 590 is being collected in the name of the club, while only 200 people can enter the club at a time. This fee is being collected even from those who do not use the club.

Residents also alleged that a lot of troubles are being caused due to commercial activities in the society, especially due to the shops running on the ground floor. They said that the quality of CCTV cameras is so poor that no one can be identified in them. Complaints were made to the authorities many times, but no concrete action was taken.

There is a growing problem of stray dogs in the society, lack of parking arrangements and traffic jams due to shops outside. Due to the closure of the service road, thousands of families are facing huge problems, and have to be stuck in the jam for hours.

Significant lack of security in the society

Along with this, incidents of theft have also increased due to the huge lack of security in the society. Recently, a theft incident came to light in broad daylight. Despite complaining to the maintenance, no action was taken. Due to acute shortage of security personnel and lack of proper management, residents are constantly facing problems.
