Rs 10 crore collected from residents as maintenance fund
Residents alleged that a maintenance fund of Rs 10 crore was collected from them, but this fund is not being given to the service agency. The structure of the building is getting weak due to water logging in the basement of the society. Due to a lack of adequate parking arrangements, residents are facing problems with parking. Due to the lack of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), dirty water is being thrown in the open.
More than 1200 flats have not been registered
More than 1200 flats in the society have not been registered yet. At the same time, the common areas of society lack essential facilities, such as parks and play areas for children. Security and cleaning staff have been on strike for months, which has increased the problems of cleanliness and security in society.
