Noida: A serious dispute has come to light in the Mahagun Mezzaria, Noida, where residents have opened a front against the builder. Poor maintenance, frequent security accidents and lack of registry have become a problem for the residents.
Builder’s negligence
The residents of the society have been facing continuous problems for a long time. A serious accident occurred due to the bursting of the swimming pool’s hot water machine, in which two people were injured. This incident is a clear example of the builder’s negligence.
Non-payment of dues
Due to non-payment of dues to the authority, two towers have not yet received occupancy and completion certificates. Due to this problem, about 500 residents are not able to get their registry done, due to which their future is immersed in uncertainty.
Residents protest
The angry residents went to the office of Mahagun Builder and met CFO Kaushal Nagpal. They put forth their problems clearly and demanded an immediate solution. The CFO asked for time and assured a solution. The residents have given a clear message that if no concrete steps are taken soon, their protest will intensify. Prominent activists included Ravi Sandhu, Shailendra, Krishna Dev and Ashish.
