La Residentia : Residents to hold 10-day peaceful protest over incomplete project and poor basic facilities

In protest against these long-pending issues, residents have decided to organise a peaceful sit-in demonstration starting March 14, 2026, from 10:00 am onwards near Gate No. 1 of the society.

Greater Noida West: Hundreds of residents of La Residentia have announced a peaceful protest against the builder over the incomplete project, alleged false promises, and poor basic infrastructure in the society. Residents have been facing multiple issues for a long time due to unfinished construction and a lack of proper facilities. Despite raising complaints several times, they allege that the builder has repeatedly given assurances, but no concrete solution has been implemented on the ground.

In protest against these long-pending issues, residents have decided to organise a peaceful sit-in demonstration starting March 14, 2026, from 10:00 am onwards near Gate No. 1 of the society.

We will set up a tent near the builder’s sales office and continue the protest for 10 days during the Navratri period. The demonstration will be conducted peacefully as residents raise their voices to demand their rights and basic facilities.

As part of the protest, residents will also put posters on their vehicles to highlight their demands. They have also planned to submit a memorandum to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) seeking intervention in the matter.

Such problems have been recurring in society and highlight that incidents like water shortages also take place regularly. The society, which has 29 towers and more than 2,200 families with over 7,000 residents, faced a severe water shortage since morning, forcing residents to arrange private water tankers to meet their daily needs.

Residents claim that these recurring issues reflect the larger problems related to management and infrastructure in the society. Through the protest, they hope to draw attention to their concerns and push for a concrete resolution to the long-standing problems.
