After sucesfully launching the tech-loaded product product Syross, the leading car maker Kia has announced that the model has received an impressive 20,163 pre-bookings since its launch on January 3, 2025.
According to the details shared by the brand, the Syros has witnessed a total of 67 percent of the total bookings for the petrol version, while the remaining straight went for the diesel version. When it comes to the variants, overall 48 percent of customers opted for the top variants, and only 38 percent chose the automatic version.

Amid this, the Glacier White Pearl exterior colour remained the top choice among customers. Apart from this, Aurora Black Pearl shade and Frost Blue also have received an overwhelming response from the target audience.
Trims and Price
Meanwhile, the Kia Syros has been released in multiple trims that include HTK, HTK+, HTX and HTX+. It starts at Rs 8.99 lakh, while the top model costs Rs 16.99 (ex-showroom).
Engine and Power
Under the hood, the model is treated with a robust 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. It generates a maximum power of 118 BHP and 172 Nm of peak torque. It also can be purchased in a 1.5-litre diesel version as well, generating a maximum output of 114 BHP and 250 Nm. These units are mated with 6-speed manual, 7-speed DCT, 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic.
