Kia is all set to launch its fifth product in the Indian market called Syros. The SUV is scheduled to launch on December 19. Ahead of the official release, the company has released a new teaser across the social media platform, revealing some of the details, design elements and notable features.
It has been reported that the upcoming model will hit the market in both diesel and petrol engines. It is expected to get 1.5-litre diesel engine with a maximum power of 113 bhp and 250Nm, while petrol it will use 1.0-liter turbo unit with an impressive power of 118 bhp and 172Nm.

Another Teaser
While sharing the teaser, the company captioned the post, where it wrote that ” Witness the future of SUVs. Experience a new species evolve. Join us for the Kia Syros World Premiere – 19th December, 12 Noon.”
The clip starts with a futuristic manner, showcasing a space station. As the clip moves further, it features the upcoming Syros, hinting about its design and styling. The clip hinted that the vehicle might come with an aggressive front fascia, offering a fully LED headlight setup, paired with stylish cub-style integrated DRLs.
The video also displayed the interior, where the SUV was seen having an automatic gearbox, multiple control panels on the centre console, parking sensor buttons, ambient lighting, a robust infotainment system, and a massive panoramic sunroof.
Here’s What We Feel
It seems like the customers will get a Seltos-inspired dual display, featuring a robust 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which will support all the wireless car connect technology including Android, Apple and Auto Carplay.
The cabin will also get a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display on board as well, complimented by a few physical buttons placed right below the entertainment system.
The other notable features include electrically adjustable ventilated seats, multiple driving modes, leatherette upholstery, panoramic sunroof, automatic climate control and whatnot.
