In order to push the VIDA series in India, and to make it accessible more to the masses, the leading two-wheeler maker Hero MotoCorp has launched the latest range of electric scooter under the V2 range.
The new models have been introduced in a total of three trims namely Lite, Plus and Pro. Interested customers can purchase these models at Rs 96,000, Rs 1.15 lakh, and Rs. 1.35 respectively. (all ex-showroom, New Delhi).
Battery Pack and Range
Talking about the battery setup, the base model Lite has been treated with a single 2.2 kWh battery pack, while mid and top versions get larger 3.44 kWh and 3.94 kWh battery units. Both the units come with removable battery systems.
The brand has claimed that the entry-level variant can provide a decent range of 64 km on a single charge. When it comes to the mid and top spect, they are capable of juicing out an impressive range of 143 km and 165 km on a single charge.
Performance
As far as the performances are concerned, V2 Lite offers a top speed of 69 kmph, V2 Plus offers a maximum speed of 85 kmph and V2 Pro delivers a top speed, best among the other trims.
Features
Feature-wise, the Vida V2 is equipped with some trending features. The list includes an LED headlight setup, same treatment for the rear section, turn signals, a bluetooth enabled seven-inch TFT instrument console, which allows the rider to monitor each and every details related to electric scooter.
