Greater Noida Police Conduct Foot Patrol, Intensify Vehicle Checks to Strengthen Security

Greater Noida: In a bid to enhance public safety and maintain law and order, the Gautam Buddh Nagar Police conducted an extensive foot patrol and security inspection in the Surajpur police station area under the supervision of senior officers.

According to the police, the foot patrol was carried out under the direction of Police Commissioner Mrs. Laxmi Singh. The operation was supervised by DCP Central Noida Shailendra Kumar Singh and Additional DCP Central Noida Swatantra Kumar Singh, while ACP-3 Central Noida Rajeev Kumar Gupta led the patrol along with the police force in the Surajpur police station jurisdiction.

During the patrol, ACP Rajeev Kumar Gupta reviewed the security arrangements and instructed police personnel to strengthen vigilance across the area. Officials were directed to install barricades and conduct thorough checks of suspicious vehicles to prevent any untoward incidents.

The ACP also emphasized the need to ensure smooth traffic management and directed officers to take strict action against motorists violating traffic rules. In addition, all PCR and PRV teams were instructed to remain on continuous patrol to maintain a visible police presence and ensure public safety.

The Greater Noida Police stated that such regular foot patrols and vehicle-checking drives are aimed at deterring criminal activities, improving traffic discipline and reassuring residents through enhanced policing across the district.
