Ghaziabad: Important decisions were taken in the 165th board meeting of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) held on Monday. GDA will develop a new Ghaziabad by the name Harnandipuram on 541 hectares of land near Rajnagar Extension. In this, a plan of small and big residential and commercial plots will be planned.
Meeting held under the chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner
The 165th board meeting of Ghaziabad Development Authority was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner in Meerut. 24 proposals were placed in this meeting, all of which were approved after discussion. The most important proposal was for New Ghaziabad, which has been approved to be settled by the name of Harnandipuram.
The new city will be built on 541 hectares of land
A plan has been prepared to build a new city on more than 541 hectares of land. In this, a plan of small and big residential, and commercial plots will be brought. Keeping in mind the proximity of road and rapid rail network, the complete proposal for the settlement of this new city is ready.

Also, under the Indirapuram expansion scheme, plots will be planned under the single housing scheme on about three lakh square meters of land of group housing plot number 6, 7 and 8.
