Greater Noida West: A two-day table tennis tournament for senior citizens was organized by Gaur Saundaryam Senior Citizens Welfare Association at Gaur Saundaryam in Greater Noida West aiming to build mutual harmony, cordiality and brotherhood among the senior citizens of the society.

A total of 14 senior citizens participated in the tournament. Matches were played in both singles and doubles categories during the competition.
The results were as follows:
In the doubles final, the pair of Vijay Gupta and Manoj Agarwal became the winners, while K.B. Joshi and R.P. Kushwaha were the runners-up. In the singles final, Manoj Jaiswal won the title of winner, and Mr. Vijay Gupta was the runner-up.
The fair and successful organization of the competition was completed under the supervision of Manoj Agarwal and Tina. The winners and runners-up will be honoured in the upcoming senior citizens’ get-together program.
At the closing ceremony of the tournament, K.N. Gupta, the President of Senior Citizens Welfare Association congratulated all the participants and appealed for maximum participation in such events in future. He also assured that all the expenses related to these events will be borne by the Welfare Association.
On this occasion, Rajiv Choubey, Ravindra Chauhan, Pradeep Kumar, Subhash Mohta, Kishore Agarwal and Dharamveer Singh were present.
The General Secretary of the Association Anil Pratap Singh thanked everyone while expressing gratitude for the active participation of the spectators and encouragement of the players.
