Greater Noida West: The tenure of the Galaxy Vega Apartment Owners Association, Greater Noida West, officially ended on January 6, 2025. As per the order issued by the Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies & Chits, Ghaziabad, the outgoing committee can no longer make any major decisions or financial commitments.

Deputy Registrar’s Order

The order issued by the Deputy Registrar clearly states:

The tenure of Galaxy Vega Apartment Owners Association ended on 06.01.2025.

Any action or decision taken after this date will be considered INVALID

An Election Officer has been appointed to conduct the election process under the rules of the General Election 2024.

The outgoing committee/office bearers have been instructed to remain restricted only to day-to-day routine administrative work.

No repair, expenditure or any other new project/decision can be undertaken by the outgoing committee.

A new executive body will be formed only after the election results are declared.
