Greater Noida West: Residents of Fusion Homes, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West raised their voices against the illegal deduction of CAM charges from electricity meters by AOA as per the directions of UPERC.

Residents informed Apartment Times, “Some AOA members and close friends of AOA were given free electricity service for few weeks or months by tampering with the electricity meters.”

Prateek, Resident, Fusion Homes informed Apartment Times, “A survey is being conducted on the society’s WhatsApp group and the majority of the residents are against the decision taken by AOA to deduct CAM charges from electricity meters without any meeting.”

Vivek, Resident, Fusion Homes says, “The tenure of the current AOA ended last month. Before that, they forcefully took over the society’s maintenance. Whereas all this shows collusion with the builder. Now our IFMS funds are at risk. There are many pending works in our society which seem impossible to complete.”

One resident on the condition of anonymity says, “The condition of the whole society is pathetic. The security of the whole society is at risk.AOA members have hired bouncers at the expense of CAM collection and they are used against any resident who raises his voice against the AOA.”

He continues, “We hope to have proper elections as soon as possible as many members of the current AOA have already resigned from their posts and this unstable AOA should not run for personal gains.”

Residents informed that a written complaint has been given against the AOA in Bisrakh police station, hoping for some measures for the benefit of society.
