Tech Mahindra Former Indian President Jagdish Mitra has announced the founding of Humanise, a software-as-a-services company driven by generative artificial intelligence.
A GenAI-first SaaS company called Humanise also incorporates low- or no-code.
The US-based company has offices in Delhi and Bengaluru and is headquartered there. NLB Services, a provider of digital talent solutions, has also invested in the company.
An undisclosed sum has been invested by NLB Services in the technological solutions company; the majority of the funds will go towards building the AI platform, boosting R&D and technology, establishing CoEs, and growing the workforce.
Humanise will first concentrate on the Global Capability Centre, the Middle East, the United States, and India. In the long run, it will also investigate foreign markets such as Southeast Asia, Germany, the Nordic region, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. In keeping with the Viksit Bharat Scheme of the Indian government, which was unveiled in the Union Budget for 2024–2025, Humanise also plans to hire over 100 interns during its first years of operation.

Mitra continued, “Humanize’s AI IP will leverage human acumen behind each solution, driving agility and acceleration.”
“In the first five years of business, we aim to enrol 80–100 customers and assemble a staff of 800-1,000 workers. Using our AI platform, our revenue mix will dramatically change from a linear model starting in year three, according to Mitra.
Four months after departing Tech Mahindra, Mitra set out on his entrepreneurial career. Mitra belonged to the company’s executive management. Recently, the company’s former CEO, C P Gurnani, disclosed his entrepreneurial endeavours alongside InterGlobe founder Rahul Bhatia.

Humanise will continue to build AI-led Industrial SaaS cases, particularly in the BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, Technology & Media, and Automotive sectors, even though it will offer a portfolio that is sector-agnostic.
