Fire breaks out in Noida’s Krishna Apra Plaza, people seen jumping out of the building

Noida: A fire broke out in a shop at Krishna Apra Plaza in Sector 18, Noida on April 1, 2025 Tuesday. The fire triggered chaos as thick smoke engulfed the area and hundreds of people rushed out of the market.

The blaze reportedly originated on the ground floor and spread rapidly. Firefighters arrived at the scene and launched rescue operations to evacuate those trapped inside. The cause of the fire remains unknown as of now and an investigation is underway.

According to multiple media reports, more than half a dozen fire brigade vehicles are at the scene, working to control the situation. The visuals revealed that the entire building has turned black from the inside. Pradeep Kumar and DCP Noida Ram Singh informed that no casualties have been reported in the incident, however, 5-6 people have sustained injuries while attempting to jump from the windows.
