
Greater Noida West, June 28: The 2026-27 election of the Sampurnam Apartment Owners Association (SAOA) at Eros Sampurnam, Sector 2, Greater Noida West, concluded peacefully and unopposed, with all posts filled without the need for polling.
As per the scheduled election programme, the processes of nomination, scrutiny of nomination papers, disposal of objections and withdrawal of nominations were completed. Following the final scrutiny, the number of valid nominations for each post was found to be equal to the number of available positions.
As a result, no voting was required and all nominated candidates were declared elected unopposed.
Election Certificates Presented to New Team
The designated Election Officer, Harishankar Tripathi of the Fisheries Department, completed the required formalities and presented election certificates to the newly elected office-bearers and executive committee members.
A certificate distribution ceremony was organised on the occasion, where the newly elected members also posed for group and individual photographs with the Election Officer.
New SAOA Team Elected Unopposed
The newly elected office-bearers and executive committee members are:
- President: Navneet Juneja
- Vice-President: Yashpal Singh Bhandari
- Secretary: Pankaj Kumar Chaudhary
- Treasurer: Ajit Kumar Mishra
- Executive Committee Members: Gunjan Mishra, Dileep Kumar, Rajiv Singh, Sanjay Sharma, Clarissa Shantisili Kumar and Prabhdeep Kalsi
Election Officer Congratulates Newly Elected Members
Congratulating the newly elected team, Election Officer Harishankar Tripathi expressed hope that the new executive committee would work with transparency, accountability and collective participation for the overall development of the society and in the interests of residents.
Several residents attended the certificate distribution ceremony and welcomed the newly elected office-bearers and committee members.
Residents expressed satisfaction over the peaceful and unopposed election, describing it as a reflection of mutual harmony, trust and democratic values within the society.
New Team Pledges Better Management
Following the certificate distribution ceremony, the newly elected office-bearers and executive committee members pledged to work towards the society’s development, improved management and transparent administration.
The team also expressed its commitment to addressing residents’ concerns promptly and working in a dedicated manner for the welfare of the community.
With the election process completed without polling, the new SAOA team is now set to take forward the society’s management and development agenda for the 2026-27 term.
