Noida: Residents and elected members of Eldeco Amantran Society have made strong allegations against the observer appointed by the Fisheries Department. They say that the observer has worked with a special team to form the board, which is completely unfair.
Residents and elected members have complained in writing to the Deputy Registrar (DR) and submitted evidence against the observer. This evidence includes the observer entering the flat of an elected member through the MyGate app and meeting only one team. He neither met the acting secretary and president nor any other member.
Despite this, DR Rishabh Agarwal has not changed the observer despite giving assurances. Now the same observer has announced the GBM, which is a matter of great concern for the residents. Residents say that this entire process is against the rules and bye-laws.
We request the Registrar of Chit Fund Lucknow and DM to intervene in this matter and help stop these irregularities. We will continue our struggle till the residents get justice.
