On National Deworming Day, it is important to guarantee that all public and private schools have access to enough medication. During a meeting with the district health committee, Verma instructed officials, “Make the benefits of health services available to the general public on time… all health programs should be operated in the district with a very micro plan so that the benefits of all health services can reach the people with ease as per the intention of the government.”
During her examination of various government health programs, including e-Kavach, routine vaccinations, PM nutrition schemes, health wellness centres, maternity health, and Ayushman Bharat, Verma emphasised the significance of ensuring that the public benefits from these services.
Officials should make sure that there are always enough medications and essential medical supplies available in appropriate quantities at all of the district’s government hospitals. It is necessary to pay all Janani Suraksha Yojana recipients on schedule, according to Verma.
