DDA Flat Scheme: There is great news for people dreaming of buying a home in Delhi

The Delhi Development Authority has announced the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 on the occasion of Janmashtami. Under this scheme, ready-to-move flats will be available in posh areas like Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, and Pitampura. Flats will be booked through e-auction. It is important to inform you that under this scheme, flats will be booked online through e-auction. Apartments built in Jasola Pocket 9B and Dwarka Sector 16B and 19B will be sold as freehold properties. According to a report, around 250 flats will be sold under this e-auction scheme. In addition to Vasant Kunj, Jasola, Rohini, and Dwarka, flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagar, Ashok Vihar, and Shalimar Bagh will also be included. This plan was approved in a DDA meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena on July 11.

How many flats in which category According to DDA’s information, this housing scheme will have 48 Medium Income Group (MIG) flats available in Jahangirpuri, Dwarka, Nand Nagri, and Pitampura. Meanwhile, 39 High Income Group (HIG) flats will be in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka Sector 19B, and Jasola Pocket 9B. Additionally, 22 Low Income Group (LIG) flats have been included in Rohini. Moreover, the scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, providing options for both housing and parking.

What will the prices be? The prices of DDA Flats will be determined based on categories. According to the report, the price of HIG flats can range from 1.64 crores to 2.54 crores, the price of MIG flats can range from 60 lakhs to 1.5 crores, and the price of LIG flats can range from 39 lakhs to 54 lakhs.
