Greater Noida, October 16, 2026: A team from the DD RWA Federation, Greater Noida, attended the grand Ramleela celebrations organised by the Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee at Ramlila Maidan in Sector Pi, Aichhar, as distinguished guests.
The Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee has been organising Ramleela performances, cultural programmes and religious ceremonies in Greater Noida for the past 16 years. This year marks the 17th edition of the annual event, which continues to draw attention for its scale, cultural significance and religious devotion.
One of the major highlights of this year’s celebration is a massive multi-level stage measuring approximately 325 feet in length and 80 feet in width. The elaborate stage provides a grand setting for the theatrical enactment of the Ramleela, making it a distinctive cultural attraction in the region.
DD RWA Federation representatives honoured
The DD RWA Federation team was welcomed and felicitated by Shri Anand Bhati, president of the Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee. The federation’s representatives were honoured on stage with traditional stoles and mementoes in recognition of their participation in the event.
The federation delegation included Thakur N. P. Singh, president; Sanjeev Kumar, senior vice-president; Anil Singh, vice-president; and Sher Singh Bhati, general secretary, along with Mamta Tiwari, Roshni and other members of the federation.
The representatives also had the opportunity to offer floral tributes to Lord Shri Ram, seek blessings associated with the Ramayana and witness the elaborate stage performances.

Preserving Sanatan culture and traditions
The DD RWA Federation expressed its gratitude to Anand Bhati and the entire organising team for their dedication to conducting the annual Ramleela on such a grand scale. The federation also appreciated the committee’s sustained efforts to preserve and promote Sanatan traditions and the cultural heritage associated with Lord Shri Ram.
The annual Ramleela serves as a platform for bringing residents together through religious devotion, traditional performances and cultural activities. Such initiatives also help introduce younger generations to the values and ideals associated with the Ramayana.
The federation extended its congratulations and best wishes to all office-bearers, artists, volunteers and members of the Shri Dharmik Ramlila Committee for their hard work and commitment to the successful organisation of the event.
The celebrations highlighted the continued importance of community participation in preserving India’s cultural traditions and passing them on to future generations.
