Dadri gears up for Jewar Airport inauguration with public meetings across region

Dadri : A wave of excitement is spreading across the Dadri Vidhansabha area ahead of the grand inauguration of Noida International Airport, scheduled for March 28, 2026. The airport will be inaugurated by Narendra Modi, marking a major milestone in regional development and connectivity.
To build public awareness and ensure maximum participation in this historic event, a series of nukkad sabhas (street corner meetings) is being organised across the constituency. These outreach efforts aim to connect directly with residents and encourage them to be part of the landmark moment.
Leading the initiative, MLA Tejpal Singh Nagar will address residents at multiple locations, urging them to attend the inauguration event in large numbers and witness what is being seen as a transformative step for the region.

In addition to these meetings, extensive public outreach campaigns are also being conducted in villages such as Akilpur, Uncha Gaon and Khagoda, where residents are being encouraged to participate in the upcoming inauguration.
Several local representatives and community leaders, including Harendra Nagar, Mahkar Masterji, Dharmi Pradhan, Sovindra Nagar, Chatar Singh Pradhan, Dayaram Nagar, Ajit Chhavdi, Baljeet Nagar, Bijendra Numberdar, Pawan Phagna, Bhishm Sharma and Chahtaram, have jointly appealed to residents to come forward in large numbers and make the event a grand success.

An integrated digital registration system is being proposed to provide toll relief at the Jewar Toll Plaza on the Yamuna Expressway to eligible local residents and farmer families. The system will include online registration, document verification and FASTag integration, with assistance centres proposed for applicants who need help with the digital process.
