Greater Noida West: Aggrieved residents of CRC Sublimis united on January 25, 2025, to protest against the builders and the maintenance agency’s arbitrariness. The residents of CRC Sublimis Society are compelled to protest at the society’s main gate against the builder (CRC).
The reasons for their demonstration –
As per the information, these are the reasons for the demonstration:
1 – Imposition of impractical and unreasonable common area maintenance charges without prior consultation or general meeting. The current charge of Rs.2.65 + GST is very high but the maintenance charge has been forcibly increased to Rs.4.15 + GST without the consent of the residents.
- Repeated requests for general meetings have been ignored.
- Residents say that there are unfulfilled promises by the builder. There is nothing in the project as promised. The project shown in the brochure and talks is far different from what is delivered. Few among them are- Water aquarium between T1-T2

Despite all the efforts, the builder has been reluctant and evasive. Now the residents are protesting by exercising their fundamental rights. Hundreds of people including Chetan, Kashish, Priyanka, Nitish, Pankaj, Rishi, Shyam, Rajat, Akash, Piyush and Surendra were present in this protest
