Noida: Another case of fraud with flat buyers has emerged again, where a person did not get his flat even after waiting for 11 years. The builder not only collected money from the buyer but also got possession of the same flat by selling it to someone else. This case is related to Logix Infrastructure Private Limited. A case has been filed against seven directors of the company.
To fulfil dreams, a loan of Rs 16.91 lakh was taken from the bank
Manish Kumar Sharma, a resident of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, had booked flat number 1401 in Tower-L of Blossom County Project located in Sector-137 in November 2013. The total price of the flat was fixed at Rs 54.44 lakh. For this, Manish signed a buyer’s agreement with the builder in December 2013. During booking, Manish gave a cheque of Rs 3.61 lakh and then made a second payment of Rs 12.39 lakh in December 2013. Apart from this, he took a loan of Rs 16.91 lakh from the bank for which a tripartite agreement was made between the builder and the loan-giving company. In total, Manish paid Rs 32.91 lakh.

the builder had to give possession of the flat in three years. That is, Manish should have had the flat by the year 2016. Despite that, despite 10 years passing, he neither got possession of the flat nor any satisfactory answer. After that, according to the information received from Noida Authority on 23 March 2023, the builder sold this flat to someone else and also gave him possession. When Manish tried to contact the builder’s office located in Sector 16, he found that the office was closed.

After which, on the order of the court, the Phase-1 police station registered a case. A case has been registered against 7 directors of Logix Infrastructure Private Limited, Shakti Nath, Vikram Nath, Devendra Mohan Saxena, Hemant Sharma, Dilip Kumar Singh, Meena Nath and Shivam Jha.
