After receiving the email on Friday morning, December 20, 2024, the police was informed and it conducted a thorough checking campaign in the school with the bomb squad. During this, the children coming to school were sent back home safely and the parents were informed about it through phone and message.
Students sent back to home
The school management says the children have been sent home as a precaution. Kotwali Sector 126 Police says that the school management had received a threatening email. After this, the police team reached the spot and investigated. No suspicious object has been found in the school.
The series of continuous threats continues
The series of threatening schools through emails continues. In this, there is a threat of blowing up the school with a bomb. Later the information was declared fake. Earlier also, time to time these kind of threats of bombing have been received by different schools. But during investigation, the police did not find anything suspicious. The police has been unsuccessful so far in finding out who is sending these mischievous threatening emails.
DPS Dwarka also receives a bomb threat
On the other hand, once again a school in Delhi has received a bomb threat. On Friday at 5.02 am, a bomb threat was received at DPS School located in Dwarka Sector 3. On receiving the information, the local police along with the bomb squad and fire brigade vehicles reached the spot. No explosives were found during the thorough search.
The fire officer said that meanwhile at 8.07 am, information was received about a bomb threat to New Krishna Model Public School located at Rafta Mor Jafarpur Kalan. The police team started investigating there.
40 schools have received bomb threats
On December 9, more than 40 schools in Delhi received bomb threats. The peculiar aspect is that this time the sender of the mail demanded 30 thousand dollars in exchange for preventing the bomb blast.
