In June 2024, the corporation sold 3,58,477 cars overall, up 5% from 3,40,981 sold in the same month the previous year, according to their most recent statement.
Including two-wheelers and commercial vehicles, Bajaj Auto sold 11,02,056 units during the April–June quarter of FY25. This number highlights the company’s growth trend, showing a noteworthy 7% increase from the first quarter of FY24.
The Free Press Journal reports that investors have reacted favourably to these figures, as seen by the increase of more than 1% in Bajaj Auto’s shares at the opening of trade on July 1. By 10:13 AM, the NSE-listed stock had increased by 1.10 percent, or Rs 104.25, to Rs 9,605.90 per share.
The commercial vehicle segment was the best performance in June, with sales rising by 16 percent to 54,831 units this year from 47,332 units in June 2023. This rise is a reflection of the market’s increasing confidence in Bajaj Auto’s products and demand.
