Noida : Hundreds of residents of Antariksh Golf View-2 in Sector 78, Noida, staged a peaceful protest against the prolonged negligence and alleged financial irregularities by the builder. Over 700 residents including senior citizens, women and children gathered within the society premises to raise their concerns, demanding urgent intervention from the authorities.
The residential project, launched in 2010 and handed over to homebuyers from 2016 onwards, comprises 12 towers with 1055 flats. While more than 900 families are already residing here, they claim that essential facilities and safety systems remain incomplete even after several years.
Residents highlighted several critical issues:
Occupancy Certificate (OC) of 11 towers withdrawn by Noida Authority
Incomplete water supply connections and illegal interest charges
Non-payment of dues and misuse of GST Input Credit by the builder
Frequent falling of plaster and reinforcement from towers
Water leakage in basement and parking areas
Faulty and non-operational fire safety system
Lack of third-party safety audits
Inadequate parking space
Poor construction quality posing serious risks
Residents said that despite repeated complaints to the builder and concerned authorities, no meaningful action has been taken.
We invested our lifelong savings to secure a safe home for our families. Instead, we are living under fear every day. If authorities do not take action soon, we will march to Lucknow and peacefully protest at the Chief Minister’s Office.

The protestors have urged the Uttar Pradesh government and Noida Authority to act promptly and ensure justice for homebuyers who have been struggling for years.
