Ghaziabad: The order of Allahabad High Court has given a big blow to the directors of Crossing Infrastructure Company Manoj Gaur, Sanjeev Srivastava and COO Sumit Agarwal, while those who were accused have expressed happiness over their victory. Allahabad High Court has exposed the fake allegations of demanding extortion of One Crore Rupees from Crossing Infrastructure Private Limited and stealing the company’s data. Allahabad High Court has declared the FIR registered as fake and baseless.
Allegation of demanding one crore rupee
Crossing Infrastructure Private Limited, the developer of Ghaziabad-based Crossing Republic had accused its former employees of stealing data and demanding extortion of one crore rupees. Crossing Republic police station had registered a case against Sanjay Singh, Shivam Gupta, Indrakant Jha and Shivam Gehlot under sections 384, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code on the complaint of the builder.
After investigation, the builder’s complaint was termed false
On the orders of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghaziabad, Wave City ACP of Ghaziabad Commissionerate filed an investigation report on the builder’s complaint in which the builder’s complaint was termed false. Despite the ACP’s report, Crossing Republic police station had registered an FIR.
Allahabad court ordered the case to be dismissed
Indrakant Jha, owner of Careblend Facility Management, had approached Allahabad High Court against the police action. In its order, Allahabad High Court has declared the case filed by Crossing Infrastructure Private Limited in Crossing Republic police station as fake and ordered the case to be dismissed.
‘I never worked with Crossing Builder, how can I steal data? ‘
Indrakant Jha, owner of Careblend Facility Management, says, “Crossing Infrastructure had filed a fake FIR against me. I never worked in Crossing Infrastructure, so there is no question of stealing the company’s data. After being full and final with VIBYOR company, I never went to the company, so there is no question of threatening or other things.”
He further continues, ” This was a well-planned conspiracy of Crossing Infrastructure directors Manoj Gaur, Sanjeev Srivastava and COO Sumit Agarwal, but despite all the efforts of the builder, truth prevailed.”
‘FIR is not justified’ – Allahabad Court
Indrakant Jha informs that the Allahabad High Court said in its order that the delay in filing the FIR in the first place is not justified. The High Court termed the FIR lodged in Crossing Republic police station as a bundle of hypotheses and said that no criminal prosecution of any kind could be proved based on the FIR. The court said in its order that the company has made hypothetical allegations due to business competition which cannot be proved from anywhere. Allahabad High Court in its order has issued an order to dismiss the FIR lodged by Crossing Infrastructure.
