Greater Noida West: Acting on persistent complaints from residents and NEFOWA President Abhishek Kumar, the Greater Noida Authority on Monday took stringent action against unauthorized kiosks and shops at Ajnara Homes, Sector 16B. The enforcement was carried out by Work Circle-01 team under planning order No. नियोजन/2024/1229 dated June 16, 2024.
Despite multiple notices, the builder failed to remove the illegal constructions, prompting the Authority to issue a sealing and demolition order on November 6, 2024. Today’s action, led by Manager Abhishek Singh, was executed with full security deployment to avoid any untoward incident. Officials from the planning and project departments were also present on-site.
Strict Warning Issued
The Authority has made it clear that illegal structures will not be tolerated. If the encroachments are not removed voluntarily within 15 days, further demolition will be carried out. Several residents, including Acting AOA President Chandan Sinha, Sultan Singh, Vipul Sharma, S.S. Pandey, Rishabh Jain, Varun Mishra, Nitin Mittal, Prashant Mishra, Shankar Singh, Sachin Gupta, and Dinkar, were present during the action and supported the drive.
