Greater Noida West: After about three months of upheaval, today Gravity Facility Agency has officially taken over the work in Eco Village 1 Society. The residents alleged that YG Facility was not able to solve the problems here and on top of that was involved in illegal recovery. Against this mismanagement, the residents had a Halla Bol protest on August 4, 2024, of which the main demands were:

All types of illegal recovery/activities should end.
CAM charges should be stopped from the electricity bill.
At least one parking should be allotted to all flat owners.
OC, CC and registry of the tower should be started immediately.

On all the above issues, the residents also started an email drive in which more than 1000 people put forth the mismanagement and problems prevailing here before the IRP and the authority and administration and later YG Facility was forced to resign with a 60-day notice and finally YG Facility had to leave today.

“With the arrival of the new agency Gravity Facility, I hope that the situation will improve, illegal recovery/activity will end completely and all kinds of problems of the residents will be solved and if this does not happen then we will not accept it in any way.” – Sanjaey sharma, resident

“We raised the issue of monetary audit of YG facility but IRP has not given any answer till now. We have not been told anything about the handover process. Due to deficient infrastructure, serious crises arise in the summer of electricity.” – jeet bahadur singh, resident

“YG facility which has been working for the last five years is handing over without informing AR and residents. Liability, assets, lift AMC, and all types of certificates and accounts should be shared with the public which has not happened yet. Electricity load should be assessed. All the residents said that the new agency will live up to the expectations of the residents and if this does not happen then it will not be tolerated.”
