Noida News: Passengers travelling to and from Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport) will soon have improved public transport connectivity, with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) announcing regular bus services linking the airport with Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and nearby areas. The new services are aimed at making airport access more convenient for travellers, with buses operating at frequent intervals throughout the day.

Bus Timings And Frequency: According to the transport corporation, buses will begin operating from 6 am, while the last bus departing from Noida International Airport will leave at 11.30 pm. Depending on the route, buses will be available every 15 to 30 minutes. The last bus departing from Noida for the airport has been scheduled for 8 pm.

Existing Routes Extended To Airport: As part of the revised transport plan, UPSRTC has extended the route of two existing double-decker buses operating from Pari Chowk to Noida International Airport. The corporation has also expanded its route network to cover Greater Noida West, including Ecotech-16, Gaur City, Greater Noida University (GNU) and the Khairpur area, improving connectivity for residents travelling to and from the airport. Officials said the expanded network is expected to make airport travel more convenient as passenger traffic increases.

New Bus Routes To Jewar Airport: Under the new network, buses from Noida will originate at Sector 37 (Botanical Garden) and travel to the airport via Pari Chowk and the Yamuna Expressway. Services from Greater Noida will operate through Ecotech-16, Gaur City, Char Murti, Surajpur and Pari Chowk before reaching the airport. Passengers travelling from Mohan Nagar will be able to reach the airport via Lalkuan, Char Murti, Surajpur, Pari Chowk, Dankaur and Rabupura. In addition, direct bus connectivity will also be available from key sectors of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area and Greater Noida University.

Airport Connectivity Being Strengthened: The transport department said the expanded bus network is part of broader efforts to improve connectivity to Noida International Airport, where reaching the terminal has been a challenge for many travellers since operations began. Alongside the new UPSRTC services, more than 100 electric buses are already operating in the region to support public transport.

Airport authorities have also introduced a dedicated airport shuttle bus service, with shuttle buses running to the terminal building at 15-minute intervals. The transport department has advised passengers to check their route and bus schedules before beginning their journey to ensure a smooth trip to the airport.
