Noida: A peaceful and rejuvenating wellness session was organised at the JVCC Vibrant Hall on Friday morning from 6:30 am to 7:30 am, where members of the JVCC Laughter Club community came together for an immersive sound meditation and gratitude practice.
The session was facilitated by wellness and creative healing coach Piya and presented as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to the JVCC Laughter Club community for its warmth, positivity, and togetherness.
A morning of healing, sound and inner Calm
The session began with a gratitude intention followed by chanting of “Om Mani Padme Hum”, a mantra associated with compassion, healing and inner transformation. Participants were guided into a calm and safe environment where they could disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves through sound, silence, breath and community bonding.
The immersive experience included grounding exercises, breath awareness practices, gentle body movements, laughter meditation, guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra. A special sound journey was conducted using singing bowls, chimes, nature sounds and mindful silence to create a deeply meditative atmosphere.

While some participants reported feeling deep relaxation and inner peace, others experienced emotional release, stillness and mental clarity. Many described the session as calming, healing and spiritually uplifting.
