Noida: The election of 10 Board Members of the Prateek Laurel Apartment Owners Association was conducted peacefully on 10 May 2026 with active participation from residents. Following the election, the newly elected members selected the office bearers of the association through mutual consensus.
Parvesh Naini was appointed as President, Avinash Kumar as Secretary, Amit Tripathi as Vice President, Rakesh Khetan as Treasurer, Paras Kaushik as Joint Secretary and Sandeep Singh as Joint Treasurer. The newly formed team is expected to oversee the functioning and welfare activities of the society.
In addition, Awant Verma, Subhash Rana, Umang Sikka and Vikas were elected as Board Members. Residents appreciated the peaceful conduct of the election process and expressed hope that the new team will work towards better maintenance, transparency, and overall development of the society.
