
Greater Noida: In a renewed push to strengthen urban hygiene, the Greater Noida Authority’s Health Department conducted a special inspection drive across key areas of the city. The initiative aims to tighten sanitation standards and ensure cleaner public spaces for residents and businesses alike. The inspection team, led by Senior Manager Rajesh Gautam, along with Assistant Manager Gaurav Bhaghel and Sanitary Inspector Sajeev Bidhuri, visited Sector Beta-1 and Rampur Market to assess the on-ground situation.
During the inspection, RWA General Secretary Harinder Bhati highlighted concerns regarding sanitation in Sector Beta-1, stating that cleanliness standards need further improvement. Taking note of the issues, officials assured that corrective measures would be implemented to enhance the sanitation system in the sector and across the city.
The team conducted a thorough review of both Sector Beta-1 and Rampur Market, issuing necessary instructions to sanitation staff. Senior Manager Rajesh Gautam reiterated the Authority’s commitment to improving cleanliness in Sector Beta-1 to ensure better living conditions for residents.
Meanwhile, in Rampur Market, shopkeepers were strictly instructed to avoid littering and maintain cleanliness in and around their establishments. Officials issued a clear warning that any individual or trader found violating sanitation norms or dumping waste in public areas would face strict action.
The primary objective of this drive is to maintain a clean and well-managed urban environment. Officials emphasised that active cooperation from residents and the business community is essential to achieving long-term sanitation goals.
